I booked room for 3 adults and paid charged for extra bed. But on arrival there was no arrangement for extra bed and receptionist refused to provide any support about this. Eventually i had to book another room.

Room was very small, washroom condition was pathetic. Even the glass which was kept for drinking water was filled of cigarettes ash. Toilet jet spray was not working at all.

The room was pathetic and the ac was mostly not functioning. The behavior of staff was rude. The room had a hole, which is suspicious. The bed sheets were dirty. And room was not cleaned daily. Not recommended. Already checked out
